Most importantly, you can trust that we will continually add more features and fix bugs promptly, for free.
Input And Output
Our main purpose as a company is to lessen your long-term costs as a robotics business owner and give you full rights for monetization. We take a similar approach to OSRF, regarded as the most successful robotics software business, in that our software will always have a free version, and we will keep client-confidential information private. Any company is free to own and monetize any further software involved.
These features are great, but can’t I create this with my own team and keep full Intellectual Property rights?
We see many companies that try, but, without at least $100K, we don’t believe it’s feasible.
Shouldn’t Void Navigation support more operating systems and versions?
We agree! We want to know which operating systems our customers want us to support. Contact us if you’d like us to support a different OS.
Why isn’t more hardware listed as supported?
Although our framework can support the majority of hardware for wheeled or aerial robots, because new hardware is released frequently, our strategy in supporting these options is to focus on our customers’ requests. Contact us about hardware you’d like supported, and we’ll add it to our list.
Which is better for inexpensive navigation: a stereo camera or Lidar?
